Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients: Serves 1

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 handful of oats
  • 1 cup of nut milk
  • 1 portion (handful) of frozen berries
  • 2 tblsp. milled flaxseed
  • 3 tblsp. live, natural yogurt.

Method:

  • Add everything to your blender & blitz until smooth & creamy.
  • Enjoy.
