Avocado Smoothie
Ingredients: Serves 1
- 1 avocado
- 1 handful of oats
- 1 cup of nut milk
- 1 portion (handful) of frozen berries
- 2 tblsp. milled flaxseed
- 3 tblsp. live, natural yogurt.
Method:
- Add everything to your blender & blitz until smooth & creamy.
- Enjoy.
